Rubin Aspire is a career exploration platform that connects students with authentic professionals through short-form career interviews, helping them discover career pathways, workplace expectations, and future opportunities. Supporting more than 16,000 students, Aspire provides educators with a scalable way to integrate career exploration into both core academic and Career & Technical Education (CTE) classrooms.
As part of Aspire's evolution, I helped transform the platform from a static collection of career videos into a more engaging, structured, and interactive learning experience. My work spanned product strategy, learning experience design, UX, information architecture, and interactive HTML prototyping to improve how students discover careers, navigate content, and engage with workplace learning.
Key contributions included redesigning the career pathway experience, developing responsive HTML prototypes, establishing reusable design systems and page templates, creating intuitive navigation and content architecture, integrating labor market insights and career resources, and designing educator support materials that help teachers incorporate career exploration into everyday instruction. Working closely with leadership and development, I translated educational research, workforce data, and user feedback into scalable, production-ready experiences that improve usability while laying the foundation for future AI-enhanced learning.
The result is a more cohesive, accessible, and engaging career exploration experience that helps students make informed decisions about their futures while providing educators with consistent, easy-to-implement instructional resources.

Spark AI Platform Design
Rubin Spark is an interactive AI simulation platform that helps learners build confidence through realistic workplace conversations and performance-based practice. Rather than passively consuming content, students engage in authentic scenarios, receive meaningful feedback, and develop the communication skills needed for real-world success.
My work spans learning experience design, UX, product strategy, and interactive HTML prototyping. I design responsive user interfaces, reusable component libraries, and scalable design systems that create a consistent learner experience across the platform. Working closely with product and development teams, I translate educational research and instructional goals into production-ready experiences that support AI-driven simulations, learner reflection, and continuous product evolution.
